  1. In electric skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Add in one c. of water, cover, reduce heat. Simmer 10 min. Add in baby carrots, cook 10 min longer. Remove chicken and carrots from skillet. Pour broth into measuring c.. Add in water to broth as needed to cook Rice-A-Roni. When ready to simmer Rice-A-Roni stir in carrots, place chicken on top and continue cooking according to package directions. Yields: 6 servings.
