Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices boiled or possibly baked ham
- 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound fresh minced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Wrap a piece of cheese and ham around each chicken breast. Secure with a toothpick. Arrange in lightly greased baking dish. Mix the soup, lowfat sour cream, mushrooms, and wine together. Pour over the chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min.
