  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. cream corn
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Beat egg and cream corn together.
  2. Add in muffin mix and stir gently.
  3. Add in half the cheese and pour into preheated, greased iron skillet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
