Ingredients

  • 1 x 9" Crumb Pie Crust
  • 12 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar till soft and creamy; beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till center jiggles slightly when pan is gently shaken (center will set upon standing). Transfer pan to a wire rack. Let cold completely, then cover with wax paper and chill for at least 8 hrs or possibly till next day. Cover and chill any remaining pie after serving.
