  • 12 ounce Pasteurized processed cheddar cheese sprea, cubed
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 c. Beer
  • 1/2 c. Grey Poupon Mustard
  • 1/3 c. Green onions, minced Minced red bell pepper, garnish Pretzel chips, breadsticks or possibly bagel chips, for dipping

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat cheese spread and cream cheese till melted and smooth. Slowly blend in beer and mustard. Stir in green onions. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with minced bell pepper. Serve with pretzel chips, breadsticks or possibly bagel chips.
