I was looking for something cheap to make for church potluck and came across this recipe. I was unable to be there so I asked around to see how it turned out. (I had taken a couple of bites and tho't it was yummy!) Everyone I asked said it was gone by the time they got to it. Later I asked my dh if he got any and he said yes, it was good. Then he told me he hovered over it and had a good deal of it! Dh is not a meatloaf kinda guy but he said this one is a keeper. :) I used beef barley with veggie soup.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
    This is a variation
