Ingredients
- 1 can chicken or possibly beef vegetable soup
- 3/4 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Put soup in blender or possibly mash fine. Combine all ingredients and put in baking pan or possibly dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till done. Will be soft but gets firmer as it cools. Great for sandwiches!
