Ingredients
- 1 pkt pudding mix, noninstant, large, vanilla
- 3 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
Directions
- In large saucepan, stir together pudding mix and lowfat milk. Cook according to directions on box. Remove from heat, stir in cinnamon and then the rice. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve hot or possibly cool.
