I love all kinds of pickles, and this recipe is for those of you who want an easy to prepare one that will go with bbq and sandwiches.

Directions

  1. Toss cucumbers with onions and salt. Let drain one hour.
  2. Bring vinegar, sugar, mustard, and celery seeds, pickling spices, and turmeric to a boil. Add cucumbers and onions. Turn down, cover, simmer covered, for 5 minutes.
  3. Put everything in a jar with a lide, refrigerate 6 hours.
  4. Will keep up to 2 weeks in fridge.
