All the recipes I find all make WAY more than what I ever need. So I made my own simple sauce. Not very fancy and not going to win any awards. But it is really good on Ribs, Chicken, and Pork Chops. Posting it up so I don't forget how I made it last nite..
Ingredients
- 1/3c Ketchup
- 1/4c Brown Sugar.
- 1/4tsp. Minced Onions
- Garlic powder to taste.
- a couple shakes of Worsteshire
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper.
Directions
- Mix everything together in Small bowl or large measuring cup. For an extra twist to the flavor, Add 1/4c of Dr.Pepper and boil for a couple minutes and let cool before using. This will get the water out of Dr.P and leave just the flavor...
