  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour and 1 teaspoon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 1 can of apples

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, flour and lowfat milk. Pour over butter, spoon fruit on top. Crust will rise to the top. Bake at 350 degrees: You may use cherries, peaches, or possibly strawberry pie filing.
