Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake about 1 hour. Remove cover; bake 15 min longer.
