Ingredients

  • 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple or possibly pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

  1. Drain oranges and pineapple. Fold in lowfat sour cream. Mix in coconut and marshmallows. Refrigerate1-2 hrs before serving.
