Easter Pineapple Torte Recipe

• Chocolate Crumb Crust (see below)
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
• 1 (15 1/4 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
• 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits in its own juice
• 2 env. unflavored gelatin
• 2 1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
