Easter "Kallitsounia" Recipe

• 1 c. Fine extra virgin olive oil
• 1 c. Butter
• 1 c. Lowfat milk
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1 tsp Baking pwdr diluted in a little lemon joice Flour, as much needed for a soft dough
• 1 1/2 kg "mizithra" cheese, (or possibly cottage cheese as a substitute)
• 1 x Large eggs, up to 2
• 10 Tbsp. Sugar Cinnamon Finely minced mint
