Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops (seasoned with salt & pepper)
  • 2-3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes (Italian style or possibly plain)

Directions

  1. Brown chops (lightly oiled black iron skillet works best). Remove chops and add in cooked rice, stirring well over low heat to mix drippings into rice. Add in tomatoes and blend well. Layer chops and rice mix in casserole dish or possibly iron skillet, cover. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
