Ingredients

  • 7 ounce Dutch semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1 x Beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. Chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  1. COMBINE CHOCOLATE AND CREAM IN THE TOP OF A DOUBLE-BOILER HEAT SLOWLY TO Heat CHOCOLATE
  2. STIR IN BUTTER, Till MELTED
  3. REMOVE FROM HEAT, Cold
  4. COMBINE BEATEN EGG AND POWDERED SUGAR
  5. BEAT IN CHOCOLATE IN A THIN-STEADY STREAM
  6. RefrigerateTill Hard
  7. MOLD INTO 1-INCH BALLS
  8. ROLL IN CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES
  9. PLACE INTO CANDY C.
  10. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
