Dungeness Crab And Marinated Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 jar marinated artichokes liquid removed and minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Dungeness crab cooked and minced
  • 1 lrg onion very thin sliced
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs optional Crackers or possibly thin bread slices for dipping

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, artichokes, crabmeat, cheese and onion in medium bowl. Spread crabmeat in ungreased shallow 1 1/2 qt casserole or possibly oven proof dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs if you like. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Serve with cracker or possibly bread.
