Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees of celsius.
  2. Massage duck with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  3. Take frying – pan which can be used in oven. Heat the pan, pour some oil, put duck facing skin down. Fry for 5 minutes, than put duck on the other side and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Put frying – pan with duck in to oven and fry till meat is ready. To check if it is done, just put some wooden stick in the duck. Wrap the duck in to foil.
  5. Take off all fat from frying – pan and pour chicken brawl, honey, soy sauce, rice vine, ginger, tomato paste, lemon juice and chili seasonings. Mix everything and heat to high temperature, boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Slice duck in to small pieces and pour with sauce.
