Ingredients

  • 2 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 c. bourbon
  • 1 c. chili sauce
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

  1. Slice sausage in 1/4 inch slices. Mix bourbon, chili sauce and brown sugar. Pour over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs uncovered.
