Ingredients
2 pound smoked sausage
1 c. bourbon
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. brown sugar
Directions
Slice sausage in 1/4 inch slices. Mix bourbon, chili sauce and brown sugar. Pour over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs uncovered.
