Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
Directions
- Mix above ingredients well. Drop by tbsp. in warm fat and deep fry till golden. Roll in cinnamon and sugar or possibly powdered sugar if you like.
