Directions

  1. Soak mushrooms for at least an hour. Can substitute regular white dry mushrooms, however the taste won't be the same.
  2. Boil quickly in the same water. Throw away water if using wild mushrooms other than Porcini, King Boletus or possibly chantarellas. Add in new water and bring to a boil. Add in mushroom broth cube and Vegeta to taste. Simmer on low for at least 1/2 hour.
  3. In a small sauce pan, heat the butter and add in flour, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat and mix with soup stirring so which it will not crumble. Pour it back to the soup and stir. Take the soup off the burner and add in lowfat sour cream.
  4. Serve warm with noodles and grnd black pepper.
