Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce. pkg.) cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 scallions (green onions)
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar dry beef

Directions

  1. About 1/2 hour prior to making your ball, remove cream cheese from refrigerator and soften. Chop onions and 1/2 jar of beef. With your hands, mix softened cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and beef; when ingredients are well mixed, shape into a ball. Cut remaining dry beef into small pcs and place on cheese ball in layers and cover. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.
