Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) jar dry beef, finely snipped
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
Directions
- Blend cheese and lowfat milk. Stir in pepper, dry beef, onion and green pepper. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serve warm with crackers.
