Double Toffee Delight Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding, (4 serving)
  • 1 pkt instant butterscotch pudding, (4 serving)
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 x Large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix and set aside the brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
  2. Beat all ingredients 2 min at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mix. Pour remaining batter over brown sugar mix, put remaining brown sugar mixtureon top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till top springs back when touched in center.
