Ingredients

  • Idaho or possibly Russet potatoes
  • Deep fryer or possibly lg. pot with 3" vegetable oil at about 375 degrees

Directions

  1. Cut pared potatoes into slices and then into strips. Place in warm oil and fry till tender but not browned. Remove and drain. Cold or possibly chill. When ready to eat, have grease or possibly oil till warm (at least 375 degrees). Drop a few potatoes at a time in warm grease. Cook till browned. Remove, drain and set. Repeat till all are done. Better than frzn or possibly single fried fries.
