  • FOR THE INFUSED STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 sterilized quart jar
  • about a pound strawberries, stems removed
  • ¾ cup double chocolate vodka
  • FOR THE SHORTCAKES
  • 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2½ Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup 2% milk
  • 2 Tablespoons double chocolate vodka
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • TO INFUSE THE STRAWBERRIES
  • Poke hole into the strawberries to soak up the vodka
