Ingredients

Chocolate Vodka Baked Doughnuts
FOR THE INFUSED STRAWBERRIES
1 sterilized quart jar
about a pound strawberries, stems removed
¾ cup double chocolate vodka
FOR THE DOUGHNUTS
4 vodka infused strawberries, chopped
1¾ cups Bisquick
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 egg
⅛ cup buttermilk
enough vodka from the infused strawberries to equal ⅔ cup combined with the buttermilk
TO INFUSE THE STRAWBERRIES
Poke holes into the strawberries to soak up the vodka
