Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat over warm (not boiling) water, 3/4 c. mint chocolate chips; stir till smooth. Cold to room temperature.
  2. In bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla and egg; beat well. Gradually blend in flour mix. Stir in remaining chips and nuts.
  3. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F. for 8-9 min. Allow to stand 2-3 min before removing from cookie sheets. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
