Directions

  1. Cook sugar, butter and lowfat milk together till thick, (about 20 min). Add in other ingredients. Let set till cold and then ice cake (Covers 2 layers nicely or possibly goes between 3 layers). It is good used on a yellow cake mix. You can also omit raisins and coconut and have a good caramel icing.
