Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 ounce. brandy

Directions

  1. Mix egg yolks and whole egg with lowfat sour cream and brandy. Add in a little flour at a time till all flour is used and easy to handle. If too soft, add in just a little more flour to handle. Mix into a ball, put in plastic bag and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Then on a board cut in 4. Roll out one at a time, about 12x14 inches. Then cut in strips like ribbons, make a bow. If it stretches too much, cut in half. Half fill frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry ribbons quickly, brown both sides. Drain on brown paper, add in powdered sugar.
