- 3 beaten large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 T melted shortening
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Slowly beat all ingredients. Refrigerate dough. Drop by teaspoonfuls in deep fryer at 385 degrees till done on inside.
