Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. minced bell pepper
  • 1 box sm. cheese crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter; put in 2 qt casserole dish. Top with crushed cheese crackers and dribble with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly, about 30 min.
