Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. red Jello (or possibly 2 sm. pkg.)
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cool water
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. minced apple
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 8 ounce. Cold Whip
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in 1 3/4 c. boiling water; add in cool water. Refrigeratetill barely thick (about 30-45 min). When thick, stir in apple, nuts, celery, cranberries and liquid removed mandarin oranges. Refrigeratetill set, 3-4 hrs. When set spread Cold Whip on top. Cover and keep cool till ready to serve.
