• 2 c. Flour, sifted
• 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 2 c. Sugar
• 1 lrg Egg
• 1/2 c. Unsalted butter, room Temp
• 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. Water
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Cocoa + 2 tbls
• 12 ounce Semi sweet chocolate chips CHOCOLATE BUTTER ICING-----
• 6 ounce Semi sweet chocolate chips
• 3 Tbsp. Strong coffee
• 3/4 c. Unsalted butter, soften
