Ingredients
- 1 x Keilbasa
- 4 med Potato, sliced
- 5 x Egg, hard-boiled
- 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Margarine
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, sharp
Directions
- Slice potatoes and boil till just tender, drain. Slice Large eggs and kielbasa. Make cheese sauce by melting margarine and cooking flour in it. Add in lowfat milk and let come to boil. Remove from heat and add in grated cheese.
- In casserole dish layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, Large eggs and sauce. Repeat.
- End with sauce cover with breadcrumbs. Cook 30 min at 350.
