  1. * Amounts depend on your taste and how hungry you are
  2. Prepare vegetables by cutting on the diagonal and set aside. Cut the meat into 1/2" pcs and dip into a batter made from the egg and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. Shake off excess and fry in warm oil till browned, removing to a bowl to add in later. Reduce heat to med., add in onions and garlic, cover and simmer for 5 min. Add in the rest of the vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 3 min. Combine the sauce ingredients and stir into the vegetables. Cover and simmer on low for 7-10 min. Add in the meat and pineapple, stirring to heat through. Serve over rice or possibly chow mein noodles. (We prefer to make 1 1/2-2 times the sauce).
