Dole's Ham Cheese Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef 2 Large eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon oregano 3 tbsp. parsley 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce

1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon thyme 6-8 slices cooked ham 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together except ham and cheese. Form 10x16 rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Lay ham on, then sprinkle cheese over. Leave border around. Roll up, sealing edges. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
