Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounce Ritz crackers, 1 sleive-see
- 1 c. White chocolate chips, or possibly Semisweet chocolate chips, o Lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
Directions
- Preparation Time:2:00
- Note: 1 sleeve (4 ounces) round butter-flavored crackers Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers t make sandwiches. Chill. In a double boiler over simmering water heat choice of chocolate chips and shortening, stirring till smooth. Dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper till chocolate hardens.
- Yield 1 1/2 doShown in a bowl, lined with linen napkain, part chocolate dipped, part whit chocolate dipped.
