Directions

  1. Cut meat into bite-size chunks. Roll in flour and brown. Add in water and mix with scrapings from pan. Add in tomato juice and seasonings, season to taste. Dice onion and add in cook on low heat for 75 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and mushrooms. Stir in sugar. Serve over rice and/or possibly egg noodles.
