Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 4 med. carrots, thinly sliced
- 4 med. potato, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/2 ham, minced
Directions
- Layer in bottom of greased baking dish potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley and ham. Then repeat all ingredients. Add in soup and water. Salt and pepper to taste. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
