Ingredients
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- In a bowl mix 1/3 c. soup, tuna, onion, green pepper, 1 tsp. lemon and 1 tsp. dill. In a separate bowl combine biscuit mix and water. Mix as directed on package for rolled biscuits.
- Roll out on a floured surface into a 13x10 inch rectangle. Spread tuna mix to within one inch of edges. Roll up, starting at wide side. Seal ends.
- Place seam down on a greased baking sheet. Make several diagonal slits on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
- Prepare Sauce: Blend remaining soup, lowfat milk, lemon juice, and dill. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over slices of log.
