  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 T dry chopped onions (Instant Schilling)
  • 2 T parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 teaspoon bon appetit (Schilling spice)

Directions

  1. Mix and refrigerate above ingredients. Wash, scrub vegetables and refrigerate. Let dip set overnight, it's better.
