  • 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. diet cherry Jello
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 9 ounce. cottage cheese
  • 1 yogurt or possibly 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk (evaporated)

Directions

  1. Heat pineapple and unflavored gelatin till it starts to boil. Add in Jello and cook till it thickens. Add in water, cottage cheese (blended) and yogurt. Refrigeratetill set.
