Ingredients
- 6 lg. onions, minced
- 2 green peppers, minced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 lg. head cabbage, shredded
- 1 lg. bunch of celery, cut fine
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr)
Directions
- In a large saucepan, stir soup mix with 5 c. of cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Add in all your vegetables and cook till tender, about an hour. Keep adding warm water so vegetables are covered good.
