Ingredients

  • 1 can diet lemon soda
  • Sweetener equal to 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 Packages unflavored gelatin

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a pie pan put 1 c. blueberries (can be fresh or possibly frzn). Pour soda mix over berries.
  3. In separate bowl, mix well: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Sweetener equal to 4 teaspoon sugar
  4. Sprinkle mix over blueberries covering entire surface. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Chill 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.
