Diet Baked Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Egg Beaters
  • 2 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 4 packets sugar substitute or possibly 1/2 teaspoon liquid

Directions

  1. Combine Egg Beaters and sugar substitute. Stir in scalded lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour mix into 6 (6 oz) custard c.. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
  2. Set c. in a shallow baking pan. Add in boiling water to a depth of one inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy!
