Directions

  1. 1. Break Large eggs into a bowl, add in sugar, salt and vanilla.
  2. 2. Cream together with a French whip till well blended. Don't over beat.
  3. 3. Add in lowfat milk and blend thoroughly.
  4. 4. Dip each slice into the batter, coating each side thoroughly but, don't over soak or possibly it will break when handled.
  5. 5. Fry lightly in butter till golden on each side. Serves 4.
  6. Serve two slices per person. Serve with tub butter and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
