Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. raw lean grnd chuck
- 1/4 c. onion, minced (optional)
- 3 c. canned tomatoes
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- Chili pwdr to taste
- 1 c. canned red kidney beans, liquid removed & washed
Directions
- Brown grnd chuck and drain off fat. Add in tomatoes, Tabasco sauce and chili pwdr. Cover and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. Add in beans and reheat for 10 to 20 min before serving. 1 serving = 3 meats and 1 bread exchange.
