Ingredients: 8 ounce Pet Lite Lowfat milk; 4 pkt Sugar Substitute; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 x Peach, peeled and diced; 1 x Banana, mashed; 4 slc Pineapple with juice; 8 ounce Orange Juice; 2 c. Strawberries, crushed

Ingredients

8 ounce Pet Lite Lowfat milk
4 pkt Sugar Substitute
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Peach, peeled and diced
1 x Banana, mashed
4 slc Pineapple with juice
8 ounce Orange Juice
2 c. Strawberries, crushed

Directions

Directions: Mix all together and put in freezer of refrigerator till hardened. Remove - break up - put in blender and whip till creamy. Serve.
Can also be made in one of the small electric machines, or possibly one of those which goes in freezer.
