Directions

  1. Spread in buttered and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread over first layer 12 oz lowfat milk chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts.Mix together: 2 large eggs 8 ounce softened cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla
  2. Spread over chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
